You are at least 18 years old.
Your visit to the UK is for a duration not exceeding 6 months.
You plan to depart the UK upon visa expiry.
You possess adequate funds to support yourself and any accompanying individuals.
You are not transiting to a country outside the ‘Common Travel Area’.

You have been accepted into a course of study in the UK by an accredited institution recognized by Accreditation UK, the Accreditation Body for Language Services (ABLS), the British Accreditation Council (BAC), the Accreditation Service for International Colleges (ASIC), or inspected/audited by relevant regulatory bodies.
Your overseas course is equivalent to a UK degree level, and you have been accepted to undertake research at a UK recognized institution or a body receiving public funding for higher education.
